Sports Psychology Consultant
Tim Engels, M.A. has been a coach, counselor and consultant for more than thirty years. He is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health/Fitness Instructor and holds a master's degree in Sports Sciences from the University of Denver. He is a certified NLP Master Practitioner.
Mr. Engels competed professionally in tennis on the American Express circuit. He competed in golf in college and in state amateur tournaments in Wisconsin. Students of his sports psychology practice include Olympic and professional athletes. They compete in cycling, swimming, gymnastics, figure skating, triathlon, volleyball, golf and tennis. His areas of expertise include sports psychology, exercise physiology, biomechanics and goal setting.
He is the author of FundaMENTAL Golf and InnerChanging™, a personal growth seminar.
These days, Tim offices his psychotherapy practice in the Cherry Creek are of Denver. He is the sports psychology consultant for Front Range. He has worked with over 1,000 clients and athletes, helping them resolve traumatic personal histories, changing beliefs to support thriving, and achieving goals and creating new and exciting visions for their lives.
