Felix joined the Front Range coaching staff in 2013 as Assistant Coach to 18 Black, and assisted 18 Black during the 2014 and 2015 seasons.

Felix was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and eventually moved to England for his undergraduate and graduate studies. Felix studied at Loughborough University in the U.K., where he graduated with a Ph.D. in Sports Biomechanics/Engineering. While at Loughborough Felix played on the men’s volleyball team as libero. After graduating, Felix coached the Loughborough men’s team for two years, and assisted the women’s team for one year. Also while in England Felix obtained national level ref certifications, and was a referee there for three years.

Felix moved to Denver from England three years ago, where he now works full-time at Vicon Motion Systems, Inc., as an application engineer. As an application engineer, Felix helps people to analyze, interpret, and understand human movement.
